At Quimby Digital, we're seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Copywriter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about crafting compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences. As a core member of our creative team, you will have the opportunity to shape the voice of high-growth brands and directly impact their success in the digital landscape. 

Essential Qualifications:

• Ability to produce a high volume of social media copy quickly, tailored to varying tones, subjects, and audiences.
• Ideal copywriter experienced in writing B2B - health, climate, women's wellness, a plus.
• Proven capability to generate content weekly, with minimal direction and a keen eye for engaging narratives.
• Skilled at adapting writing style and tone based on client needs and campaign objectives.
• Expertise in social media platforms, especially in crafting copy for Reels and TikTok.
• Adept at researching and integrating effective hashtags and social media trends.
• Strong collaborative skills; must work well within a team and be open to feedback.
• Excellent communication skills, with readiness to ask questions and seek support when needed.
• Commitment to staying connected with the team via Slack and participating in daily check-ins.
• Manage and organize multiple client projects simultaneously (approximately 12-15).

Role Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Produce engaging and strategic content across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency with client's brand voice and content pillars.
• Innovative Strategy: Continuously seek innovative ways to enhance content engagement, including strategic use of hashtags and linking.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with graphic designers to ensure visual and textual alignment. Maintain clear and open communication with the Quimby team for seamless workflow and creative synergy.
• Project Management: Utilize tools like Agorapulse for content scheduling and ClickUp for task management, ensuring timely delivery and organization of all creative assets.
• Feedback and Edits: Handle client feedback with professionalism, making necessary adjustments to copy while confidently communicating your expert perspective when needed.
