We are currently seeking a Production Assistant for an e-commerce company. This opportunity offers a Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Apply today for immediate consideration!

Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities :

• Build, move, and organize items in the studio.
• Assist photographers in moving products on/off set.
• Help directors and managers with photo sample coordination.
• Organize props in the studio.
• Assemble products such as furniture, toys, and seasonal décor.
• Inspect item samples, understand their usage, and provide feedback to Customer Support and Product Quality Teams.
• Develop and implement loss mitigation processes and protocols.
• Maintain an ongoing inventory report.
• Load and unload product samples and studio equipment for on-location photoshoots.
• Coordinate raffles or donation pickups/drop-offs for unneeded samples.

Qualifications & Required Experience :

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with Microsoft programs is preferred.
• Must have 1+ years of relevant experience or warehouse/product knowledge.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in the studio.
• Capable of alternating between sitting and standing, reaching overhead, crouching, kneeling, and lifting up to 35 pounds.
• Adaptability and flexibility to meet business needs.
