JOB SUMMARY:
This position would be 2-3 days per week.
Duties;
* Chair the Safety Committee
* Provide safety onboarding and training for new employees
* Create and maintain training records
* Work with on-site Nurse to develop training programs
* Lead training classes and implement education progranms and policies.
* Participate in incident investigations
* Identify risks and do safety audits
* Oversee Emergency Management Plans
* Manage PPE
* Implement safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree Desired.
5 + years of experience in Manufacturing
5+ years of experience in Safety.
