Job Description

Join our team at TLC House & Pet Sitting Service, a trusted pet-sitting company in the East Valley. We're currently looking for dedicated sitters to work year-round, specifically in South Scottsdale. Our sitters typically serve clients within a 5-10 mile radius of their homes.

TYPES OF SERVICES

• Must be able to commit to 1-3 visits per day between 6 am- 9 am, and 5 pm-8 pm on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Daily/Vacation Sitters: 1-3 visits between 6 a.m. and 8 p.m.
• Cat Sitters: 1-3 visits between 6 a.m. and 8 p.m.
• Overnight Sitters: 6/8 p.m. to 6/8 a.m.
• Dog Walkers: Mid-day visits typically between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.

REQUIREMENTS:

We are looking for responsible, animal-loving adults with strong communication skills who can build lasting client relationships. You must:

• Be of legal age to sign contracts (preferably 25 years or older).
• Travel within a 10-mile radius of your home.
• Requires lots of driving
• Be available for pet sitting from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. for daily care.
• Flexible schedule and work-from-home
• 10 -30 hours week, More hours during major holidays
• Possess extensive animal handling experience.
• Have insurance and a reliable vehicle.
• Own a cell phone with a camera and unlimited texting.
• Have an email account and respond promptly.
• Ability to self-manage
• Provide excellent references and pass a background check.
• Maintain physical ability to engage with pets.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.
• Uphold excellent work ethics and professionalism.
• Be passionate about pets and understand various pet care needs.

COMMISSION: Paid per job - Hourly rate can start at $25

• 30 minutes starts at $15.00+ per visit and $25 for 60 minutes
• Overnight Sitters: Starting at $60+ per night (10-12 hours).

Sitters can build their client base, with potential earnings ranging from $200+ per month (based on availability) to $1500+ per month , especially during major holidays and the summer season. You can also benefit from tax write-offs.

Please Note:

Applicants must be of legal age to sign contracts (preferably 25 years or older). Children are not allowed to accompany sitters during visits.
