Firstly, Applicant must be a US resident, As a Junior Graphic Designer at RADIX Construction, Inc, you will play a key role in creating and executing visually stunning marketing materials that reflect the unique charm and sophistication of The Plateau. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop designs that enhance our brand's presence across various platforms, including print, digital, and social media. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented designer to grow their skills and contribute to a dynamic and innovative team.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the marketing team to create high-quality, on-brand graphics for various channels, including social media, email campaigns, print materials, and website content.
Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity that aligns with Radix brand image.
Assist in the creation of marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements, ensuring all materials are visually appealing and effectively communicate our brand message.
Support the design needs of internal departments, including presentations, event materials, and promotional items.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate best practices into design projects.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and creativity.
Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and take constructive feedback.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Basic knowledge of web design and video editing is a plus.
