Job Title: Investment Associate

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical and motivated Investment Associate to join our team. In this role you will assist in sourcing analyzing and managing investments across various asset classes. You will work closely with senior team members to evaluate potential investments conduct market research and monitor portfolio performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and assess potential investment opportunities.
• Conduct due diligence financial modeling and valuation analysis.
• Assist in managing and monitoring existing portfolio investments.
• Prepare investment reports presentations and recommendations for senior management.
• Research market trends industries and potential new areas of investment.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including clients and partners.
• Support investment decisionmaking with comprehensive analysis and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
• 2 years of experience in investment banking private equity or a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary: $80000 $120000 per year (depending on experience).
