Responsibilities of the Electrical Project Manager:
* Project Oversight : Manage all phases of electrical projects from planning to completion.
* Team Leadership : Lead and coordinate a team of electricians and subcontractors.
* Budget Management : Develop and maintain project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
* Schedule Coordination : Create and manage project timelines to meet deadlines.
* Client Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any issues.
* Compliance : Ensure all work adheres to industry standards, codes, and safety regulations.
Qualifications for the Electrical Project Manager:
* Experience : Proven experience in managing electrical projects in commercial construction.
