Bluebird has a direct hire position for a Clinical Psychologist in Lee County, Florida.

• Location: Fort Myers, FL
• Relocation Paid. Must relocate to within 50 minutes of Fort Myers, Florida
• Pay Range: $120,000 to $130,000
• Start: ASAP

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for the overall clinical leadership and operation of the divisions clinical services, in accordance with behavioral health regulatory requirements
• Serve as a clinical expert, provide education and consultation services to ensure adequate resources are provided to meet patient and program needs
• Provide direct patient care and clinical supervision to clinicians in the system
• Ensure the behavioral health policies and procedures are in place and aligned with best practice for therapeutic care
• Oversee the peer review process and provides feedback
• Ensure productivity measures are being met
• Provide administrative guidance and consultation to leadership
• Develop, implement, coordinate, and evaluate clinical services to ensure they are within the best practices of mental health standards
• Monitor, assess and train staff on clinically related procedures
• Work with the practice to ensure the provision of high-quality, cost-effective services while ensuring excellent patient experience, with attention to patient access, employee engagement and clinical performance metrics.

REQUIRED

Education: Doctorate degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD)

Experience: 3+ years management experience in the health care field

Licensure: PSYD or PHD from the State of Florida required

Certification: CPR/CPI

PREFERRED

• Behavioral Health JC/DNV survey experience preferred.

OTHER

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster cooperation across departmental lines and manage information, environmental and fiscal resources to accomplish goals
• Must be able to maintain and demonstrate a broad knowledge of tasks and assets necessary to accomplish the company objectives
• Must have knowledge about needs and requirements of third-party payers and the ability to be culturally sensitive to diverse groupings of employees and consumers of services as well as maintain knowledge of age/disability competency to the program areas served
• Must possess good analytical skills
• Must be able to work tactfully and cooperatively with staff
