Here's what you'll do:

Craft persuasive legal arguments and write winning briefs for appeal.
Conduct in-depth legal research to identify relevant case law and statutes.
Collaborate with the team to develop effective appellate strategies.
Advocate for clients before state and federal courts.
We're looking for someone with:

3-10 years of experience in appellate litigation.
Excellent research and writing skills.
A strong understanding of legal principles and procedures.
A JD degree from a top-tier law school.
A license to practice law in Michigan.
